Camille Grammer Claims New Boyfriend Tore Out Her Hair

Former Real Housewives star Camille Grammer was granted a temporary restraining order against her post-Kelsey boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos today after her attorney detailed a violent encounter inside a hotel room the two supposedly had. All involved will need to appear in court later on to hash out whether or not the legal protection should be granted for a longer period of time, but for the time being, it’s a big victory for the reality star.

All of the specifics of what happened likely won’t come out unless both parties agree to speak at length on the record, but TMZ was able to obtain some court documents in which Grammer outlines her story. The starlet claims she was inside a hotel room with Charalambopoulos, who she’s been seeing for two years, on October 16 when he received a series of text messages and later an angry phone call from an unidentified woman. That mysterious communication naturally started an argument between the parties actually inside the room, during which, he allegedly got very physical.

According to Grammer, he pulled out clumps of her hair, repeatedly smashed her head into the headboard, threatened her and smashed her iPhone when she tried to call for help. He also allegedly covered her mouth in an attempt to keep her quiet and told her if she continued to struggle he would “give (her) a reason to call the cops”. All this supposedly occurred just a few days after Grammer underwent treatment for cancer and left her with bruises, both emotional and physical.

There are few qualities more important in a partner than an ability to argue without losing control. There are going to be disagreements in any relationship. Some of them are even going to get heated, but when one partner starts being intentionally mean or gets physical, it takes everything to an unfortunate and dangerous level.

We’ll keep you updated as this case works its way through the court system.
