Insane Clown Posse's Former Publicist Sues Over Insane Clown Posse-Like Behavior
If you were hired as a publicist and attorney for the Insane Clown Posse, what do you think your day-to-day job activities would entail? Probably dealing with guns, crazy fans, nudity, perverted gifts, run-ins with law enforcement and wild threats, right? Well, apparently Andrea Pellegrini went in totally blind because she reportedly complained about all of the above issues numerous times before she was let go. Now, she’s suing for wrongful termination and mental injury for the horrors she supposedly suffered.
There’s not enough time in the day to take an in-depth look at all of the issues she supposedly had with band members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope and/ or issues she supposed had with employees of the ICP owned label Psychopathic Records, but TMZ was able to get a copy of the lawsuit, which means we can work our way through some of the more absurd ones.
First, Pellegrini is apparently furious about a run-in she had with Violent J’s girlfriend Michelle Rapp back in 2011. The other woman allegedly stared her down in an aggressive manner, and when she brought up her concerns to the head of Psychopathic Records, he supposedly and hilariously told her Michelle is “crazy” and she should watch her back. I’m pretty sure every single woman whose ever gone through high school or college has been mean-mugged before, but an overwhelming majority of girls don’t sue over it.
Second, Pellegrini claims an employee named Dirty Dan gifted her with a clear dildo after she broke up with her boyfriend, which is exactly what we would all expect from a man named "Dirty Dan". He also apparently informed her he has a “fat cock” and would gladly agree to have sex with her if she ever so desires. Something tells me, despite this lawsuit, that offer probably still stands too.
In addition, the litigator also claims she was forced to use a public bathroom with naked male juggalos. She was asked to procure illegal firearms, and she apparently watched two of her female co-workers receive vagina tighteners as gifts, all of which caused “horror, outrage, indignity, fright and shock”.
I’m all for keeping normal workplaces free of sexual harassment, but when someone wants to make their living with strange characters on the edge, they need to learn to be a little more tolerant.
