There are a lot of different things women look forward to when they join the mommy club. Bill and Giuliana Rancic got excited about carting their child around by minibus. Hilary Duff, on the other hand, simply got excited about reading her baby her favorite books from childhood. Now, former Sopranos actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler is stoked about being a first time mom, and while she is enjoying her pregnancy, it’s the play dates the actress most looks forward to.
Sigler is set to have a baby with her baseball player fiance Cutter Dykstra. The two are still a little while away from the birth, as Sigler is not due until August, but Sigler is 32-years-old and is surrounded by babies on a regular basis. She recently told US Weekly that she’s so stoked she’ll be able to join her friends for mommy play dates.
"I have a lot of girlfriends who are having babies or have just had babies, so I've been getting tons of advice from them, which is so helpful. It'll be so fun to do mommy groups and things together and use each other's experiences to learn."
The outlet also outed some of Sigler’s mommy friends, who include JoAnna Garcia and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, who welcomed her first baby earlier this month. It’s always cool when little ones have other kids around their age to communicate and play with, and it’s even better when the parents of the little ones are already fast friends.
