Jamie Lynn Spears Is Engaged: Check Out The Ring!
Four years after giving birth to her daughter Maddie and three years after walking away from fiancé and baby daddy Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears is once again poised to become a wife. The twenty-one-year-old has been seeing thirty-year-old Jamie Watson for the last three years, and now, the two are ready to take their relationship to the next level thanks to a surprise proposal.
Details on how exactly Jamie popped the question haven’t been made public, but Jamie Lynn did hit up her Instagram to show her fans the big honking ring she now sports on her finger. Take a look at the photograph below…
By all accounts, Spears’ life has become much more settled since her relationship with Watson began. He’s reportedly bonded with her daughter quite a bit, and she seems both relaxed and happy to observers. This might not be the traditional fairy tale moment most people dream about, but luckily, happy endings come in all shapes and sizes with all sorts of strings and previous entanglements.
Pop Blend’s sincerest congratulations go out to both Jamie Watson and Jamie Lynn Spears. At this point, it’s unclear whether the future bride will change her name, making the whole Jamie thing even more confusing, but whether she does or not, she should be in for plenty of smiles.
