Jennifer Love Hewitt Engaged To Brian Hallisay
Yesterday, Jennifer Love Hewitt announced that she and her boyfriend of a little over a year, Brian Hallisay, are expecting a baby together. On Wednesday, Hewitt and Hallisay announced that they have opted to take their relationship one step further, deciding to get married as well as raise the little tyke together.
If Hallisay’s name sounds familiar, it’s likely because he’s currently Hewitt’s co-star on the popular Lifetime drama series, The Client List. The two have spent plenty of time together in the past. Not only are they Client List co-stars, but the two also worked together on NBC’s Love Bites. It’s no surprise that a relationship spurred out of the numerous run-ins, and now that Hewitt is pregnant, it’s not a huge surprise the two would want to take the relationship to the next level.
US Weekly confirmed the news, noting that the two have actually been engaged for a little while. Hewitt and Hallisay embarked on a European vacation in late May, during which Hallisay proposed. The actress is reportedly around 3 months pregnant, and I’m guessing the couple will probably wait until after the baby comes to go through with the ceremony. We’ll let you know when details about the wedding emerge, however.
Hewitt has been in several high(ish) profile relationships in the past, but the pregnancy is her very first. Hopefully, all will go well with the baby planning and the ceremony planning and Hewitt and Hallisay can move forward into a state of marital bliss that will also probably include some sleepless baby nights.
