Kate Winslet Is Pregnant With Her 3rd Child

Kate Winslet is going to be a mother for the third time. The Academy Award winning actress had her publicist confirm the happy news yesterday, though the announcement was completely absent any of the fun details people normally look for like due date and sex.

Luckily, we do know Winslet and her new husband Ned Rocknroll are very happy about the impending addition to the family. Here’s what the rep told People

“Kate and Ned are delighted.”

Winslet and Rocknroll were married back in December after dating for about a year and a half. He’s the nephew of Richard Branson. Not long after their relationship began, they were vacationing on Branson’s private island when a fire broke out, and Winslet carried the Virgin mogul’s mother to safety. No doubt that courageous act went a long way toward endearing her to Rocknroll’s family, though some of that good will may have been undone when the couple decided to marry in front of only a dozen people without many loved ones in attendance.

Pop Blend’s sincerest congratulations go out to Winslet and Rocknroll. She has two children from her previous marriage, but she’s always been forward about her desire to bring more kids into the fold. Hopefully, this new addition will only bring everyone closer and will teach the older children a sense of responsibility as they learn to care for their half-brother or sister.

We’ll bring you more details as they become available.
