Kim Kardashian Posts Then Deletes Picture Of Diamond-Encrusted Gun
Kim Kardashian’s hatred for guns and her love for gaudy, sparkly showpieces met head on this week after the starlet laid her eyes on a diamond-encrusted gun. Upon first glance, she couldn’t get enough of the weapon and snapped a photograph of it. Not long after, she shared the snapshot on Instagram, but after a torrent of comments calling her either a bad person or a hypocrite, she abruptly took the shot down.

There are a certain percentage of people who react negatively to anything gun-related, but the bigger problem for Kim is that she made a series of comments following the Sandy Hook massacre about her dislike for guns and changes to the laws she perceived our society needed to make and then she followed it up with this pretty picture.
Kardashian hasn’t spoken publically about either the photograph or her decision to take it down. Given the extreme likelihood she would lose with either gun rights advocates or gun reform advocates if she did decide to speak up, I would say it’s likely she will shut her mouth and avoid the subject for the foreseeable future.
