Lauren Conrad Engaged To Former Something Corporate Guitarist William Tell
Former The Hills star Lauren Conrad has turned her name into a branding empire in recent years, branching out into book sales and clothing lines. It’s amazing that she has had any time to court whatsoever, but apparently she found a good one when she began dating USC law student (and former Something Corporate guitarist) William Tell. On Sunday, the 27-year-old celebrity announced that she and Tell are officially engaged.
Conrad and Tell actually met on a blind date more than a year ago. Recently, the fashionista and entrepreneur spoke out about how the dating scene in Los Angeles could be horrible, but how she met a good one when she was hooked up with Tell. She told Allure that things didn’t go quite as expected.
Conrad first announced the big news via her blog, and it seems she’s already more than a little bit excited about the wedding process. After announcing she and Tell are set to get hitched, she also mentioned to fans that they should check back to see how the wedding plans are going.
There’s been no mention of a date or anything yet, which means Tell likely proposed extremely recently, but Conrad was nice enough to share a picture of her ring with fans.
It’s a big rock, but it’s actually quite a bit simpler than I would have expected from the fashionista. Whether or not she picked out the ring, it’s very exciting that Conrad is finally set to get married. She’s the type of girl who will probably plan her wedding down to the last detail, so keep your eyes peeled for some great ideas coming over the next few months.
