Watch This Stoned Dog Refuse To Fetch
Golden Retrievers are typically pretty high energy dogs. They love to run around as much as possible, and they almost always love playing games. For YouTube user Cozmcchuck’s beloved animal Chewy, however, almost is the key word in that last sentence.
The owner took his dog to the vet to get a procedure done last month. Everything went great, but once they got back home, the effects of general anesthesia were clearly still doing a number on Chewy. So, Cozmcchuck picked up his camera, got a tennis ball and decided to record his buddy playing fetch. Fortunately or unfortunately, the game never happened because the overtly stoned dog refused to move.
Footage of the incident was uploaded on April 10th. Over the past few days, tons of people suddenly became aware of the clip’s existence, and now, almost one hundred thousand paper have taken a look. That figure should climb exponentially higher in the next week or so too.
Internet users love a good pain medication video almost as much as they love a good animal behaving cutely video. Put them both together, and it shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone that this footage has found a pretty sizeable audience.
