Watch This Video To Find Out What Would Happen To Earth Without Oxygen
Have you ever wondered what would happen if all the oxygen on Earth suddenly disappeared for five seconds? Probably not, but even if you haven’t thought about it before, the question is still a very fascinating one with some unusual answers. Apparently, many buildings would crumble, all of our eardrums would pop and everyone at the beach would instantly get sunburns.
At least those are the claims made in Buzzfeed’s newest science video. In less than a week, the footage has managed to attract more than five hundred thousand views, which shouldn’t come as a big surprise to anyone current on Internet trends.
Some of the YouTube accounts growing the most right now are science-related offerings like V Sauce, ASAP Science and CGP Grey. Buzzfeed’s effort isn’t quite at the level of quality those other three are regularly producing, but it’s a wonderful step in the right direction. Besides, it’s not as if all of us couldn’t benefit from more science and math related content.
Here’s to hoping oxygen remains in the most desirable proportion for as long as humans remain on Earth.
