It's Monday and the free weekend of R.U.S.E. on Steam is still going. Considering the game is based on deception, this seems extremely appropriate.

Real time strategy R.U.S.E. isn't even in stores yet but Steam's already offering a free weekend. From Thursday to Sunday, Steam users can play a preview build of the game.

The PC public beta for strategy game R.U.S.E. wrapped up in April. Now that the game's been delayed from June to September, though, perhaps Ubisoft will sneak in some more testing this summer.

Gentlemen, start your engines. Or pretend to start them, quietly sneak over to your opponent's car and cut the brake line. Deception-based real-time strategy game R.U.S.E. is now in open beta.
