Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood is a reality series that follows actress Tori Spelling and her actor-husband Dean McDermott as they adjust to parenthood and attempt to find success in their many business ventures. In the first season (when the show was called Tori & Dean: Inn Love), the very pregnant Tori and her new husband Dean packed up and left L.A. to set up a Bed and Breakfast in a small town in Southern California. Their adventures in Fallbrook extended through the brief second season and now they’re moving back to L.A. The couple are set to deal with parenthood, Tori’s new book and their soon to be born baby girl.

I’m not usually big on the celebreality series but there was something oddly entertaining about seeing Tori and Dean try to get their B&B off the ground. Maybe it’s because as much as Donna Martin annoyed me in 90210, I was surprised to find Tori Spelling to be pretty likable as a reality TV star. It was fun to see Tori go through pregnancy for the first time while also trying to establish a business. I’m interested in seeing how she, Dean and the baby will get on with their new ventures as they return to Hollywood. I’m also curious to see if this show is still worth watching, even as a guilty pleasure. If there’s one thing that most celebreality series have in common, it’s that they start to get stale after the first couple of seasons. I guess we’ll see if the same is the case for Tori & Dean.
