2009 Summer TV Preview: Warehouse 13
Tomorrow night Syfy will premiere their first original series under their new brand. Warehouse 13 is a dramedy that follows two secret service agents as they’re transferred to a warehouse full of artifacts that have supernatural powers. They’re put in charge of this government treasure trove of mystical objects and relics and naturally, since this is a Scifi/Syfi show, craziness of the supernatural kind ensues.
Below is SyFy’s brief description of the series:
“SCI FI presents the all-new one-hour dramedy adventure series Warehouse 13 starring Eddie McClintock (Bones, Desperate Housewives), Joanne Kelly (Vanished, Jeremiah) and Saul Rubinek (Nero Wolf, Frasier).
After saving the life of the President, two Secret Service agents played by McClintock and Kelly find themselves abruptly transferred to Warehouse 13 -- a massive, top-secret storage facility in windswept South Dakota which houses every strange artifact, mysterious relic, fantastical object and supernatural souvenir ever collected by the U.S. government.”
Warehouse 13 premieres Tuesday, July 7 (9-11 p.m. ET) on Syfy.
