Jersey Shore Family Vacation Got Rid Of Angelina, But Fans Want More
Warning! The following contains spoilers regarding the Jersey Shore Family Vacation episode "Angelina Leaves Her Mark". Read at your own risk!
Angelina Pivarnick officially departed from the Jersey Shore Family Vacation house in the latest episode, and while the cast may have gotten their fill of their former housemate, fans have not. Many took to Twitter following Pivarnick's exit to criticize the show for dropping her, with others asking for her return in Season 2:
Jersey Shore Family Vacation fans' opinion on Angelina after her final episode are somewhat mixed, but not in the way people may expect. A good chunk of fans are sad to see her leave and are thinking the show won't be the same without her, and then there's the other half who are still stunned she may have pooped her pants the night before leaving. The silver lining in that statement is that very few people are saying they're glad to see her go, which means there's certainly cause for MTV to ring her up again for Season 2.
The fans may want her back, but it seems like Angelina Pivarnick on Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 2 is the last thing anyone on the cast wants. Even The Situation, who has spent most of Season 1 on a redemption arc of his own, declared he could not have spent a full 30-days with her without reverting to his past mean-spirited self. The rest of the cast agreed and noted they all get along much better when she's not around. Fans may agree with that statement, but some have already made it known that the minute Angelina walked out that door, so did the most interesting part of this Season 1 revival:
Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 2 just started filming in Las Vegas, and so far there have been no reports of Angelina hanging with the cast. That said, it's always possible the crew could ring her up for a midseason return like they did with this season, which would certainly be interesting given recent events. Pivarnick has been in a back and forth feud with JWoww over social media in the past few weeks, so there'd definitely be some fireworks if she were to stroll back on the show now. Has the Staten Island Queen really redeemed herself? It would be interesting to see what they have to say after witnessing her feud and other comments made after her return to the show!
Jersey Shore Family Vacation airs on MTV Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. ET. For a look at what other television is premiering over these next couple of months, visit our summer premiere guide.
