Jersey Shore's Ronnie Apologized to Girlfriend Jen After Episode Shows Him Cheating
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has publicly apologized after a recent episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation potentially revealed him cheating on his baby mama, Jen Harley. The episode showed Ronnie and a mutual friend of Angelina's (nicknamed "Jewish Barbie") getting close after a night out on the town. Ronnie apologized to his family for the footage shown thus far and mentioned that things were presented a lot worse than they actually were.
Ronnie's allegation that the footage was edited to make it look worse came after scenes which showed Ronnie getting close to "Jewish Barbie" in the cab ride home, and getting in the hot tub with her alone. Prior to the hot tub moment, the castmates were teasing Ronnie about how he may repeat the mistake he made during Season 1 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Ronnie laughed, yet continued on despite warnings his girlfriend Jen may not appreciate his actions.
Ronnie also teased in his Instagram public apology (via E! Online) that an upcoming Jersey Shore Family Vacation episode will feature him learning from his mistake. A preview for the upcoming episode showed that Ronnie will end up in his bedroom with the lights off, in what appears to be a romantic encounter with "Jewish Barbie". Ronnie is then seen after in the dark bedroom saying "there goes my life."
The headline is just the latest in the saga of Ronnie and Jen Harley's relationship, which first caught the public's attention with his infidelity in Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 1. Ronnie hooked up with a girl codenamed "French Fries" while Jen was at their home in the late stages of her pregnancy with their daughter Ariana Sky. The couple has had several feuds since, one of which involved a car dragging and Harley's arrest.
Jersey Shore Family Vacation airs on MTV Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. ET. For a look at what else is happening on television in the coming months, be sure to visit and bookmark our fall and midseason premiere guides.
