The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco Gets Nostalgic Ahead Of Filming Final Episodes
The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco celebrated “Man Crush Monday” this week with a little throwback action. Getting nostalgic, Cuoco posted a picture from the show's earliest days, of her in between her male co-stars as they all look admiringly at the actress. Check that out, as well as the fun story behind the picture, below:
The cast's very first San Diego Comic-Con? That is some time back, so talk about a blast from the past. This picture is gold, as Kaley Cuoco strikes quite the expression, as if she was just told the show would go on to last for twelve seasons.
Kaley Cuoco shared that she is getting nostalgic ahead of The Big Bang Theory’s final episodes. In fact, she reveals that they are currently heading down to the wire when it comes to filming the last handful. In her Instagram post, Kaley Cuoco writes that they only have a “few episodes left” to film of The Big Bang Theory.
That makes the actress' eagerness to relive past magic all the more understandable. The closer you get to something slipping away, the more you tend to hold on tighter. It's not feasible to embrace an entire TV show production, so sharing old pictures is the way to go.
It is hard to nail down the exact number of episodes that are left for The Big Bang Theory cast to film based on Kaley Cuoco's clue. “A few” does not have a precise numerical value, but considering there are only eight episodes left to air, and episodes are filmed a little over a month before they air, Cuoco and the others are definitely in the final stretch.
While Kaley Cuoco has gotten nostalgic, the show’s Instagram account has recently remained focused on the present. That said, it would not be surprising if a few more Big Bang Theory throwbacks made their way onto the CBS sitcom’s official page, or those of Cuoco's co-stars. Fans love to go down memory lane with beloved shows, and what better way to do it than with throwback pictures? The hit comedy has many years of memories to draw from during its long run.
Premiering back in 2007, The Big Bang Theory has been on the air for well over a decade. Hopefully, Kaley Cuoco will treat fans to more nostalgic imagery as the taping and airing of the series finale gets closer. Cuoco’s co-star Mayim Bialik recently opened up about her feelings regarding the show coming to an end.
