Khloe Kardashian Gets Awkward With Jimmy Kimmel Over Dating Basketball Players
Khloe Kardashian has had a drama-filled year, and now that things finally seem to be settling down for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, Jimmy Kimmel is ready to ask what the rest of the reality show's fans have been dying to know. Will Tristan Thompson be the last basketball star she’s romantically involved with? Watch the awkward exchange between the two, in which everyone manages to squirm just a bit, beginning at 6:45 below.
Khloe may have been burned by ex Tristan Thompson, Lamar Odom, and allegedly James Harden in the past, but she's apparently not giving up on basketball players just yet. The audience seemed to have want a yes, and it's interesting to note her sisters seemed just as interested in her response to the question as well. Have they had conversations with their sister about this as well?
If nothing else, Jimmy Kimmel got to the root of why Khloe keeps going back to the NBA for boyfriends. Khloe's got love for the game, and at the end of the day, her love of that is what keeps her courtside and finding love on the hardwood floors across the nation. Plus, it's not like all NBA stars are automatically going to cheat on their significant others, right?
It may seem that way given the trend in Khloe Kardashian's love life, as cheating allegations and the receipts to them have crept into the media in every high profile relationship she's had with a basketball star. This includes two big cheating incidents with Tristan Thompson, just as the heat from the first incident had begun to die off. Now Kylie Jenner is short a best friend, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians gets another season of fresh Khloe drama.
Which, in all honesty, may be more awkward than Jimmy Kimmel's blunt question about her love life. Keeping Up with the Kardashians' recent episodes feature Khloe going on about her love life with Tristan Thompson, in footage that was filmed in the weeks before she discovered his cheating yet again. Needless to say, things may get even more awkward for Khloe in the coming months, as she may make this face a few times watching television on Sunday nights.
With that said, perhaps Khloe's measured response on Jimmy Kimmel Live! wasn't as awkward as it seemed? Perhaps there's some upcoming information on Khloe's love life that would've been a spoiler had she revealed it on the talk show. It's hard to imagine something big has happened that the tabloids haven't already discovered, but it's always a possibility.
Jimmy Kimmel Live! is on ABC weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET., and Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs on E! Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET. Stick with CinemaBlend for all updates on great television, and for more on the Kardashians check out the sweet photo Kim recently posted with her family.
