Fans know that The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco has been emotional about the finale of the beloved sitcom. She shared an incredibly poignant picture after the table read for the final episode. The taping of the series' ender led to some emotional messages from the cast on social media.

Kaley Cuoco weighed in with her take, telling ET:
It is the most beautiful finale I have ever seen, and I love finales. It is so touching. You're gonna cry, but in the sweetest way. I don't know how to describe it, other than it's absolutely the sweetest thing in the world.
As someone who has experienced tears from witnessing sweetness, this makes sense. What Kaley Cuoco describes indicates the finale should be incredible. The Big Bang Theory will say goodbye with a one-hour finale and that is not all. CBS is doing right by its long-running hit.
That is not all she had to say. Kaley Cuoco also opened up about how Penny’s story will unfold in the finale. Is she happy with how Big Bang Theory leaves her character? Cuoco revealed:
I'm thrilled with [Penny's] ending, yet beginning. It's beautiful. There's not anything catastrophic, it's just beautiful. And the characters are gonna live on in your minds and in your hearts, and I think that's what is so special about it. It's really touching.
Kaley Cuoco’s description of how Penny’s journey finishes on The Big Bang Theory is reminiscent of what the series’ director previously said about it. There is something else worth noting about what Cuoco says. She revealed that it is an “ending” yet “beginning.” What could Penny be beginning as the sitcom ends?
Well, let’s face it. One of the potential answers is something that fans would likely welcome: Penny and Leonard announcing that they are expecting a baby. Their differing notions about starting a family has been a matter of chatter in Season 12. Will the series finale see them learn they are going to be parents? Stay tuned.
A Leonard/Penny baby is not the only option. They could move to a house. Deciding to leave their apartment would be a significant life step. It would also be an ending to their lives near their friends and the beginning of a life lived further away from them. That kind of storyline captures the wistful nature of The Big Bang Theory saying goodbye.
Could there be a dream job that Penny ends up getting and taking? That would also be an ending and a beginning. All of those are potential outcomes. As long as Penny and Leonard’s relationship does not end, there should be happiness in store. There is no shortage of possible endings.
