Watch NCIS: Los Angeles' Cast Celebrate 250th Episode With Moving Speeches
Can you believe NCIS: Los Angeles is already filming its 250th episode? Wow! The cast just celebrated the milestone with a giant cake and moving speeches. NCIS: LA premiered in 2009 as the first spinoff from NCIS, which was itself a spinoff from JAG. As we know, NCIS: LA just finished up a two-part JAG reunion that was left open-ended.
At any rate, the NCIS: Los Angeles team gathered for some 250th episode celebration speeches, as shared on set by actress Daniela Ruah (Kensi Blye):
Here's actor LL Cool J's (Sam Hanna) speech from the video:
Daniela Ruah's video didn't include any previous speeches, but it sounds like NCIS: LA showrunner R. Scott Gemmill made a speech right before the cast said a few words.
Special Agent G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) followed LL with a nod to teamwork:
Daniela Ruah also shared more photos -- including cake eating -- from the big celebrations. Swipe through to see all of her great pics:
Sure, Grey's Anatomy just celebrated its 350th episode this week, but 250 is not too shabby for the second spinoff from JAG. NCIS: Los Angeles just started Season 11 with that JAG reunion, and now we're approaching Episode 4, "Yellow Jack," which will air on Sunday, October 20. It looks like that will be Episode 244, so we're still a few weeks away from seeing the big milestone Episode 250.

Also, I'm still confused by the Kensi and Deeks tease NCIS: LA showrunner R. Scott Gemmill gave about Episode 2, but maybe future episodes will elaborate on that front.
So far, NCIS: LA has had some amazing returning guest stars in Gerald McRaney, Bill Goldberg, and JAG's David James Elliott and Catherine Bell. We know Vinnie Jones and Steve Valentine are coming for a "bloody brilliant" episode that I thought might be Episode 4 but it looks like it's coming November 3 as Episode 6.
We know that Barrett Foa’s Eric Beale will be gone for several episodes in early Season 11, and it sounds like the work he's involved in takes a dark turn. In happier news, it sounds like we'll get a bit more Hetty backstory in the 2019-2020 season.
NCIS: LA Season 11 continues Sundays at 9 p.m. on CBS. Here's to 250 more episodes?
Gina grew up in Massachusetts and California in her own version of The Parent Trap. She went to three different middle schools, four high schools, and three universities -- including half a year in Perth, Western Australia. She currently lives in a small town in Maine, the kind Stephen King regularly sets terrible things in, so this may be the last you hear from her.
