Of Course Carmen Electra Searches Went Way Up On Pornhub After She Was On The Last Dance
It’s a premise we’ve seen go down time and time again. Something happens in pop culture, whether that be on the big screen or on television and as a direct result related porn search go up. Thanks to a recent TV appearance, it’s happened again and this time Carmen Electra is the actress seeing a major spike in searches, thanks to an interview that aired as part of ESPN’s The Last Dance.
First of all, if you haven’t seen Carmen Electra in a while, she popped up in The Last Dance in an episode where she reminisces about her time with Dennis Rodman and she looks great. In fact, I couldn’t believe it when I found out she’s actually 48 years old. I mean, it makes sense given the actress was in Playboy in the mid-nineties and starred in Baywatch along with hosting MTV’s Singled Out in the latter part of the decade following Jenny McCarthy's stint. Time has passed since then.
But again, she looks fabulous in The Last Dance, and apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so. But while I was wondering how she still manages to pull off such a youthful wardrobe, apparently a lot of y’all were looking up porn.
In fact, according to a Pornhub Insights report, Carmen Electra surged on Pornhub during the short period after her The Last Dance appearance happened. And when I say surge, I mean searches on the porn service regarding Electra went from 1,500 searches a day to 1.7 million searches during the week the episode aired.
Her search volume seems to have peaked on April 28, but it’s no mean feat to jump from just over a thousand searches a day to hundreds of thousands a day.
Carmen Electra’s stories about her time with Dennis Rodman were fairly wild in the doc as she spoke out about partying with the man who was briefly her husband in Vegas when he took a brief hiatus from The Bulls midseason. She also recently told the LA Times their sex life was also ostentatious, noting,
The real information I’m taking from this spike is the fact that obviously the ESPN documentary has been extremely popular. In the U.S., a little over 5 million viewers watched The Last Dance episode with Carmen Electra in Live+Same Day numbers, but the documentary has also been in-demand worldwide and clearly people were paying plenty of attention to Electra.
