Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle Is Getting Another Episode And It’s Coming Soon
Netflix has been doing gangbusters business with its reality shows this year, whether they're straight up competitions, docuseries or dating shows. In fact, shows like Love Is Blind and Tiger King have been so popular with users that each was given an additional episode to catch fans up on what's been going on in the lives of the people we followed since they were featured in their respective shows. Now, you guessed it, even though we're all staying at least six feet apart, Netflix is giving us a reunion special for its newest reality hit, Too Hot To Handle!
If you've been wanting to hear what the contestants on Too Hot To Handle have been up to in the year since the sexy show filmed in Mexico, you're in luck, because Netflix is going to treat us to that information directly from the mouths our our favorite hot singles. Too Hot To Handle Extra Hot: The Reunion (yes, that's the full title) will hit the streamer this Friday, May 8, and will feature narrator Desiree Burch taking her talents on screen to host and interview the singles (some of whom already had brushes with fame) of Season 1.
So far, the only confirmed guests for Extra Hot: The Reunion have been famed trouble-making couple Harry Jowsey and Francesca Farago. The duo were drawn to each other from the first moment they set eyes on the other, and proceeded to engage in a wide array of sexual activity (both with each other and other contestants) which lost the group precious funds from the potential $100,000 grand prize pot. Their behavior also earned them the ire of several of their castmates, but they recently came out and admitted that it wasn't all for nothing, because they are currently a couple.
While there were some contestants on Too Hot To Handle who simply couldn't, ahem, handle the building pressure to abstain from all sexual activity while trying to forge a genuine emotional connection with someone else on the show, many of the singles we met in the first episode ended up lasting through the end of the competition. Of course, the finale and announcement of the winners led to some negativity from viewers, but for the most part, contestants like Rhonda Paul seem OK with the final decision.
According to Netflix, the Too Hot To Handle reunion won't just feature "fresh updates" with contestants like Rhonda, Harry and Francesca. Oh, no. We'll also be treated to "frisky banter and a series of spicy games" to keep things rolling along and just as sexy as fans of the show would want. I doubt that there will be any such games which require the former dating reality show contestants to tie each other up this time around (unless we get a surprise and some twosome is actually bunking together during this difficult time), but I'm sure the special won't let us down when it comes to turning up the heat.
Too Hot To Handle Extra Hot: The Reunion hits Netflix on Friday, May 8, but if you're looking for more to watch, be sure to check out our 2020 Netflix guide, see what's new to Hulu in May and look into this summer's premieres!
