90 Day Fiance's Loren Brovarnik Shares Postpartum Struggles
The 90 Day Fiancé franchise has a bit of a reputation for highlighting some of the most bizarre relationships and couples doomed for destruction, but not everything the TLC show covers is all that bad. Viewers were treated to a special edition of the show that highlighted the birth of Loren and Alexei Brovarnik's son, Shai, and got a good look at what the final stages of pregnancy look like in quarantine.
Loren and Alexei were pretty candid about the process leading up to the birth and even let viewers see baby Shai's bris. On social media, Brovarnik shared more about her experiences raising baby Shai after the cameras stopped rolling and got real about what life has been like in the weeks since she first became a mother:
Loren Brovarnik's message is one of support to other new mothers who have felt the same way, noting that they're not alone in their struggles. Loren had expressed fear and concern about being a mother during her and Alexei's 90 Day Fiancé special, and the fears of the coronavirus only had her stress even more elevated as the due date drew closer. Being a new parent can be stressful, and the Brovarniks weren't really trying to hide any of that from the camera.
That stress was amplified when Loren Brovarnik had to deliver the baby a bit earlier than expected but, ultimately, everything worked out well for the two new parents. They even managed to have a rabbi make a special home visit for Shai's bris, The couple had an opportunity to do a circumcision while still at the hospital, but ultimately decided to hold off in order to maintain their Jewish tradition. That process was slightly unpleasant for Shai (and Alexei), but the baby is all smiles in pictures with Loren on Instagram:
That picture is one of many on social media, and 90 Day Fiancé viewers are all gaga for the sweet baby Shai. Now that the special is done, I would expect there will be many more photos of the child to come and maybe some more opportunities for the Brovarnik family to check in with TLC in the future. I'm sure there are many people that would love to see the two further delve into parenthood together.
