Gigi Hadid Shares Sweet Post After Welcoming Baby Girl With Zayn Malik
As soon as world-famous model Gigi Hadid announced back in April that she and former One Direction member Zayn Malik were going to have a baby together, fans were pumped with anticipation for what would presumably be a most adorable bundle of joy. Now, the wait is over, as it was revealed the 25-year-old Hadid gave birth to a baby girl on Wednesday, September 23.
Understandably, social media was aflutter with tweets and messages about Gigi Hadid and her growing family. But the most important message, of course, came from the new mother herself. Here's how Hadid celebrated the news with fans, via Instagram.
It definitely doesn't take very long for a newborn baby to completely change people's lives, and it sounds like Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are already head over heels for their new daughter. I would assume that Hadid is also positively gaga about not being pregnant anymore, and that she now has the greatest gift in the world to show for it.
Thousands of friends and fans have been chiming in since the Gigi Hadid first shared her post. From model-turned-singer Dua Lipa to Hailey Bieber to Kourtney Kardashian to Ashley Tisdale to Instagram's own official account, everyone wanted to congratulate Hadid for her new blessing.
Of course, Zayn Malik also took to social media to get the word out to his fanbase that having a new life to care for is beyond his understanding. Check out the message he shared on twitter below, along with his own adult-hand/baby-hand pic.
At this point, neither Gigi Hadid nor Zayn Malik have gone public with what their daughter's name is, which is totally understandable. But you can bet that fans already have bets in place, and are scouring Taylor Swift songs to see if there are clues to be gleaned.
It's obviously too early to wonder whether or not Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik's daughter will end up becoming a hyper-balanced fashion model like her mom (and her aunt) or a pop star like her father, but she definitely already has a built-in fanbase. And everyone here at CinemaBlend wishes the new mom and dad the best of luck in their (likely to be messy) future endeavors.
