Kim Kardashian has always been able to dazzle in a bathing suit, but these images are just impeccable. This absolutely isn’t to say that no woman 40 or older can sport a bikini, as many certainly can. But still, you can’t help but marvel at how Kim Kardashian is aging like fine wine.
Having entered the public consciousness at a relatively young age, it may still be hard for some to believe that Kardashian is actually 40. This milestone doesn’t seem to be lost on Kardashian though, as she has taken the time to reflect on her career and personal life.
This was especially the case when she recently appeared on an episode of Netflix’s My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman. During their in-depth discussion, the two discussed various topics, ranging from her sex tape situation to her marriage to Kanye West. The episode proved to be a success, as it garnered massive viewership for Netflix during its debut weekend. And on a personal note, it also changed Letterman’s opinion of the star.
Kim Kardashian’s 40th birthday also comes hot on the heels of another major moment in her life – the announcement that Keeping Up with the Kardashians will be ending with 20 seasons. Many were likely shocked when the news was first revealed via social media, as family matriarch Kris Jenner has explained that a number of different factors went into the “sudden” decision to end the long-running reality show.
Despite all of the changes in her life, Kim Kardashian is starting off year 40 with a bang. It may be a time of transition for multiple reasons, but she seems to be taking it all in stride and enjoying the people in her life.
