Not even a full day has passed since rumors first started circulating about the potential end of 90 Day Fiancé spinoff star Darcey Silva's engagement to Georgi Rusev, and there is already reason to believe their relationship may not be in as much trouble as it first seemed. Less than 24 hours after Darcey allegedly demanded online that Georgi remove all photos of her from his social media account, she went back to posting loving things about him on her own page.
The latest incident happened Sunday evening, hours after reports first surfaced that Darcey and Georgi's engagement might be in trouble, when Darcey uploaded a "new" picture of her and Georgi Rusev to social media through her Instagram Stories, though it's hard to determine when the pic was actually taken. Along with the visual was a message that appeared to indicate the couple's wedding are still very much on. Check it out below!
People who are typically mad at someone won't refer to them as either their "twin flame" or the other half of their soul. Whatever led to Darcey's statement she posted on social media ahead of Sunday evening, it may now all be water under the bridge, at least temporarily. Couples are allowed to fight, of course, and for what it's worth, Darcey Silva never really explicitly said the engagement was off in the heat of her photo-related demands. Perhaps she was just extremely mad about the specific pictures Georgi Rusev had of her on social media?
Whatever the story is behind this drama, I'd reckon it's something that Season 2 of Darcey & Stacey would cover, assuming the show returns for another season. Until then, it looks like Darcey Silva is content with just ignoring her previous comments, and posting more photos of her together with Georgi Rusev while they're looking as happy as could be.
While the drama may be over for now, one has to wonder what exactly happened between the two to prompt such a heated initial response. Darcey & Stacey Season 1 revealed that Georgi Rusev was still married when he met Darcey Silva, but that he was in the process of getting a divorce. It's possible their recent drama could be linked to that, though again, we have no way of knowing for certain.
There's also always the possibility of infidelity, which has not only plagued Darcey Silva in past relationships but was an issue with her sister Stacey Silva in Season 1 of Darcey & Stacey. Stacey's husband Florian Sukaj confessed to some form of cheating after his marriage to Stacey, via an affair with another woman that he'd previously claimed was a friend. That's not to say Georgi Rusev would do the same thing just because he's also a European man dating an older American woman, but anyone is capable of being unfaithful, especially in the world of reality TV.
