Fans are used to seeing the couple, which may be why it was so surprising when an image of the couple appeared on social media, and David looked much different than audiences are used to.

David Toborowsky's eyebrows are looking a noticeable couple of shades darker. Fans were understandably curious as to how this happened, and David wasn't shy about responding to inquiring minds. Per David, he's undergone the process of microblading. For those unaware, this is a form of tattooing the eyebrows to make them darker, though the process fades over time and is only considered a semi-permanent procedure.
It appears David Toborowsky is on a journey of self-improvement, because less than a week after this update, the 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk castmember posted about yet another cosmetic procedure he underwent to jazz up his look a bit. Check out the photo, which shows David flashing some exceptionally pearly white teeth.
Darker eyebrows and new veneers go a long way because David Toborowsky is looking a lot different from some of his more recent television appearances. Of course, this isn't exactly a rare occurrence amongst cast members, as others like Larissa Dos Santos have paid quite a price to improve their bodies. David isn't the first to transform his look while appearing on television, and he almost certainly won't be the last.
There's never anything wrong with wanting to look good, though one can certainly understand David Toborowsky's want to appear youthful given the age gap between him and his wife Annie Toborowsky. At 52-years-old, David is 24 years older than Annie. Still, based on what fans see on television, age is just a number between the two.
The couple's clear chemistry on Pillow Talk has made them fan favorites, despite some having mixed feelings about the pairing when they first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé in Season 4. David's new look hasn't debuted on Pillow Talk yet, but it will be interesting to see how the fandom at large reacts when they see it.
