90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Deavan Clegg has seemingly parted ways from the franchise, and there's a chance she's parted from her new relationship as well. Fans are speculating there may be trouble between Deavan and new boyfriend Topher Park following a cryptic post on social media.
Deavan, who just recently posted photos that teased the two may be engaged, is now solo in a recent update to Instagram. The young reality star posted modeling pictures of herself on Instagram, along with the following caption.
Here's to new beginnings, starting over, and being who I want to be. Not who others tell me to be.
That caption itself doesn't directly point to trouble involving Topher Park, but it certainly is cryptic and unlike the last several posts she's had on the platform. Her recent posts have been mostly about Deavan's new life with Topher, the fun they have with her children, and occasionally, a live stream or story update dismissing rumors or discussing the ways she was edited to appear on TLC.
The modeling pictures are nothing new when it comes to Deavan Clegg's page, but there is something noteworthy in the way that she's posed. Notice, in the picture below, that her ring finger is not visible, where this is something Deavan has flaunted in the past if there was some update to tease about her relationship status.
Shortly after it was speculated Deavan Clegg separated from estranged husband Jihoon Lee, Deavan went on a live stream where her hand was frequently visible without a ring. In recent posts, Deavan made a point to make her hand visible, to show off a new ring that was in the picture. It should be noted that, at this time, all pictures with Topher Park are still on her social media, so this cryptic caption is really all 90 Day Fiancé fans have to go on.
One possibility is that the two are in the midst of a lover's quarrel, which is not uncommon in a relationship. It certainly happened a lot during Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee's short marriage, and situations were often taken to the most extreme when fights happened. Something similar could be happening here, but we can only speculate as to whether or not there is actually any trouble.
One thing there doesn't seem to be is any sign of reconciliation with Jihoon Lee. The two went through a period of airing public grievances against each other during the separation, but that has mostly simmered down in recent weeks. For now, it seems the only major issue is Jihoon Lee's frequent public requests to see his son, Taeyang, to which Deavan Clegg has responded by claiming that he's never actually asked her to see their son.
The final possibility is that Deavan Clegg is intentionally baiting followers into believing there's some drama when there isn't. She is a reality star, after all, and while we may never see her on 90 Day Fiancé again, keeping her 495k followers invested in her life and her YouTube blog is a way to keep the money flowing, and possibly attract producers for other reality series. Maybe things are bad with Topher Park, but we only know what Deavan will tell us, so, for now, we just have to wait and see if something has or hasn't changed in their relationship.
