It's no surprise that these happen from time to time, as the two are so close that Galecki even attended her 2018 wedding to equestrian Karl Cook. Recently, Cuoco took her Instagram to celebrate her five-year anniversary with Cook. She posted a sweet tribute to her husband of three years with a loving caption:

As evidenced by Kaley Cuoco’s response to Johnny Galecki’s comment, the two have managed to keep their friendship going despite not being on The Big Bang Theory set since 2019. The two actors will be always be connected through their history as a married TV couple. Galecki's Leonard and Cuoco’s Penny got married on the long-running CBS comedy twice on the show, once with a web-streaming wedding from Las Vegas in the Season 9 opener and then with a more traditional affair in the Season 10 premiere. The two also dated during the early years of the show, which made filming love scenes a bit awkward after they broke up.
And this wasn’t the first time Johnny Galecki has trolled Kaley Cuoco and her husband. When Cuoco got married to Cook in 2018, Galecki made an offbeat Instagram post celebrating the couple’s nuptials. He called his Big Bang Theory co-star his “fake wife” while congratulating the couple on becoming husband and wife. Later, he posted a more traditional congratulations to Cuoco and her husband. It's always great to see co-stars interact with each other off screen, but there's something even sweeter about those moments when they are no longer working together. Hopefully, we get more of these moments from Galecki and Cuoco.
