Whoa, 90 Day Fiance's Tim Clarkson And Melyza Zeta Are Engaged
One of the most exciting things about 90 Day Fiancé is that things can change in an instant, and it's impossible to say where a couple will or won't end up a year from where we last saw them. With that said, there are some couples that seem to make it clear thatt the writing is on the wall and neither is ever going to overcome the hurdles required to make their relationship work. This definitely seemed like the story for Tim Clarkson and Melyza Zeta, right up until the two announced their engagement.
The announcement, which will be featured on the March 7th episode of 90 Day Bares All, was first revealed by People. The announcement may come as a shock to fans who regularly tune in to the Discovery+ program, considering the massive blowout fight the two engaged in when checking in with host Shaun Robinson the week prior. Both were split up in their respective countries and fighting after Melyza revealed that Tim had slept with yet another one of his co-workers.
90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way viewers will remember Tim's infidelity was the root of the couple's problems in Season 2 and that Melyza's family actively encouraged the two of them to split because of it. The two ended the season still together, but acknowledging the distance between the two of them was making the relationship very hard to maintain. The two publicly hinted at a split not long after the season ended, and the 90 Day Bares All check-in seemed to be the nail in the relationship's coffin.
Sometimes people change, though, and, as Tim Clarkson explained, his life just didn't feel right once the relationship was over. Clarkson explained why he had trouble moving on after Melyza and what ultimately led him to realize she was the one for him:
Tim booked a trip to Colombia and, 24 hours into his arrival, he was engaged to Melyza. 90 Day Bares All will feature footage of the proposal, as well as an interview with the soon-to-be-married couple and Shaun Robinson. Things are looking surprisingly good for the pair, considering how rough their season was so, hopefully, things remain that way.
90 Day Bares All airs on Discovery+ Sundays at 10:00 p.m. ET. For more on the franchise and the couples involved, read up on one of the other couples of The Other Way, who were recently revealed to be having some trouble.
