Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Erika Jayne Thanks Supportive Fans Ahead Of Drama-Filled New Season
Like so many others, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Erika Jayne, also known by her married name Erika Girardi, has had a rough year. (A Real Housewives fan would equate it to circa-2015 for Teresa Giudice.) After months of intense speculation about her impending divorce and financial situation, Janye is thanking her supportive fans ahead of the new season, which reportedly focuses a lot on the reality standout's personal drama.
For the most part, the Broadway star has been relatively hush-hush on social media about the struggles with her divorce to husband Tom Girardi after 20-plus years of marriage. But Erika Jayne took the time to finally write this kind, though purposefully vague, message to fans on Twitter:
Erika Jayne's post does not specifically call out her husband Tom Girardi or any of the allegations surrounding him about money laundering and cheating. Still, fans are known read between these kinds of lines, so to speak, and Jayne putting a brave face on for the public is not something new.
The reality star gained a huge following within the Real Housewives fandom due to her outlandish performances each season, as well as her impeccable fashion and “Ice Queen” demeanor with the other Housewives. But if the rumors are true, fans might be seeing a whole new side to Erika Jayne come Season 11. Could feeling legitimate sympathy for her possibly be part of that?
Filming for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 began back in October, and Erika Girardi announced her divorce only a month later, so it is highly likely her divorce will be the major drama of the season. It will be interesting for fans to see a more vulnerable side to Girardi, assuming she lets her “Ice Queen” facade falter so that she can open up about the realities she was facing at that time.
But regardless of how Erika Jayne is showcased on the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it is already gearing up to be a completely different show. Denise Richards is out. Teddi Mellencamp is out. Surprisingly, however, newcomer Sutton Stracke will be back for her sophomore season, but don't expect her to be Jayne's new BFF. According to a source for HollywoodLife, she is not supporting Jayne amidst her divorce drama. The outlet's source elaborated, saying:
Fans can take that with a grain of salt, as we all know that on the Real Housewives, the majority of the women are never “getting along perfectly.” What is exciting, though, is to possibly see Erika Jayne parlay a particularly tumultuous time in her life into a second wind as something other than a drama-maker.

Erika Jayne is one of the most (if not the most) beloved housewives across the entire franchise, and she used that fame to propel herself to Broadway fame. So if her post was to be taken as gospel, the best is still to come without anyone around to hold her down. Except for maybe the editors.
