90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 6 finally reached its tell-all, which meant audiences got all the tea for this season's most dramatic episodes. Fans even got a front-row seat to some new drama that other members of the cast didn't even know about, like when Michael Ilesanmi found out his wife Angela Deem went out partying with her African-born plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Obeng. The confrontation led to boob-flashing and a lot of swearing during the episode, and maybe now sparked some new drama on social media.
Hours before the linear TV premiere of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? on TLC, Angela Deem posted a video hyping Dr. Obeng on her Tik Tok account. Check out the video below, which features Deem showing show for a brief bit at the end at some kind of event.

We can only speculate the reasons behind why Angela Deem posted the video on this day of all days, but the timing of it seems pretty specifically tied to the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? tell-all. During the episode, Michael Ilesanmi found out his wife attended a birthday party hosted by Dr. Michael Obeng, and that when she started feeling unwell, Obeng left his own party to give her a ride back to her room. Michael had already expressed anger at Angela's flirting with the doctor earlier in the season, so he was definitely upset by the news.
But when he asked his wife why he'd only just found out about all that, Angela Deem didn't have an answer, and after a few minutes of claiming that she must've told him, she brushed it off as not even being a big deal. Angela was quickly admonished by the other 90 Day Fiancé cast in attendance, though, who agreed that if Michael Ilesanmi did the same thing, Angela would have gone into berserker mode over it. Michael Ilesanmi's aunt (who appeared via webcam with Michael) agreed with the crowd, which then sent Angela into a rage.
Angela Deem cursed out Michael Ilesanmi's aunt, and then pulled her boobs out and showed them to the camera, telling Michael that she was going to party again with Dr. Michael Obeng due to the disrespect she endured. Given how everything went down, Deem's claim near the end of the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? tell-all made me wonder if her TikTok video (which she also put on her Instagram) was a way to take an additional dig at Michael, not to mention everyone else who thought she was in the wrong. I mean, it could also just be a genuine promotion for Dr. Obeng's talents in the medical field, but who knows?
90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs on TLC Sundays at 8:00 p.m. ET with early premieres on Discovery+ on Fridays. Angela Deem has really been through the wringer lately with fans, many of whom had things to say after she partied in Vegas recently with Hulk Hogan's son.
