Alyssa Milano, Yunjin Kim And The Rest Of The Mistresses Cast Pose For Glamorous Photos
While we still have a couple of months to wait for ABC to debut their new series Mistresses, the network has released some new photos for the series, which show off its glamorous cast, which includes Alyssa Milano and Lost's Yunjim Kim. The sight of four beautiful women, dressed in gowns in a swanky backdrop conjures a brief Desperate Housewives flashback, however - as you may have guessed by the title - this story doesn't follow a group of housewives. But like the women of Wisteria Lane, these characters do have complicated love lives.
Mistresses is based on a British series and follows the scandalous lives of four female friends, played by Alyssa Milano (Savannah), Yunji Kim (Karen), Rochelle Aytes (April) and Jes Macallan (Josslyn). Check them out below.
Savannah (or "Savi") is the married career woman who's hoping to start a family. Her younger sister Josslyn is single and free-spirited and works as a real estate agent. Their best friend April is a recent widow who's trying to rebuild her life and raise her 10-year-old daughter. And then there's Karen, the therapist who's involved in a "complicated relationship" with a rich, married, terminally ill patient. I'd say complicated doesn't even begin to cover it, but it gets even trickier after he dies:
Here are a few episode stills from the series, which premieres Monday, May 27 at 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC.
Here's where things get a bit steamier!...
