Those of you who have been waiting for the second season of An Idiot Abroad to premiere have only to count down about a week. The series returns to the Science Channel next Saturday as Karl Pilkington tackles a bucket list of ridiculous and dangerous tasks for our entertainment.
Ricky Gervais is coming at us from all angles this year. This weekend, he’s set to host the Golden Globes, next month his comedy series Life’s Too Short premieres on HBO, and a week from tomorrow, An Idiot Abroad 2: The Bucket List premieres on Science. Based on the trailer below, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant have Karl crossing off items on a bucket list. Note that I said “a bucket list” and not “his bucket list.” Of course, they have to explain what a bucket list is first before they send him out into the danger (and comedy) that awaits...
