Carolyn Kepcher, the diabolical empress of boardroom condescension, heard those famously blunt Trumpian words when she was axed from both the Trump organization and ‘The Apprentice’ earlier this week. Dawdling too many hours with reputation building and wiggle-waggling into a celebrity lifestyle, the former Chief Operating Officer of Trump National Golf Club in Westchester, New York was accused of not devoting enough time to work duties.
Kepcher will be replaced by Trump’s daughter, Ivanka in the upcoming season of ‘The Apprentice’ and judge George Ross, although still working for the Trump Organization, will be replaced by Trump’s son, Donald, Jr.
Kepcher, who had been with the Trump Organization for over 10 years, said she and Trump simply had conflicting visions for her future role in the company. Apparently Trump was not looking for a fame-hungry slacker.
