People are likely to be more familiar with H. Jon Benjamin's voice than they are with his face. His current credits have him in starring roles in Archer and Bob's Burgers. But come this fall, he'll be appearing on television in person for a guest spot for ABC's Suburgatory.

TVLine posted the news, stating that Benjamin is set to appear in Suburgatory, which is returning this fall for its second season. In an episode of the comedy series, he'll play Dallas' (Cheryl Hines) life coach Tabitha. He's described as both "a master story teller" and "raconteur." And his method of therapy is unconventional. He also doesn't have a license, so there's that. But that apparently doesn't bother Dallas, who's not only looking to him to help her with her life in some way, but also brings her on her first date with Jeremy Sisto's George. Dallas and George! That should be an interesting date, especially with the life coach along for the ride.

While most of Benjamin's credits involve voice-work, he has appeared in live-action TV shows. He did an episode of Parks and Recreation a few years back, and an episode of Rescue Me before that. Currently, he voices the title roles for Archer and Bob's Burgers.

Benjamin's episode of Suburgatory is Episode 2 of the series' upcoming second season, which premieres October 17 at 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC.

Assistant Managing Editor

Kelly put her life-long love of movies, TV and books to greater use when she joined CinemaBlend as a freelance TV news writer in 2006, and went on to serve as the site’s TV Editor before joining the staff full-time in 2011 and moving over to other roles at the site. At present, she’s an Assistant Managing Editor who spends much of her time brainstorming and editing features, analyzing site data, working with writers and editors on content planning and the workflow, and (of course) continuing to obsess over the best movies and TV shows (those that already exist, and the many on the way). She graduated from SUNY Cortland with BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Cinema Studies.
