Set to join ABC’s Wednesday-night comedy block is the new Friends-like series, Better With You. Read on for more information about the series and a couple of clip from the premiere episode.
ABC has Better With You sandwiched between The Middle and Modern Family on Wednesday nights, which is probably the best chance the network can give this series to build an audience besides perhaps airing it during commercial breaks during Grey’s Anatomy’s timeslot. Another thing the show has going for it is Joanna Garcia, whose small screen work includes Reba, Privileged and Gossip Girl and Debra Jo Rupp (That 70’s Show). Other than that, the premise sounds pretty standard for a relationship-comedy. Nothing exciting but who knows, it could turn out to be a winner.
Below is ABC’s synopsis for the series and further down are some clips from the premiere.
Better With You premieres Wednesday, September 22, 8:30-9:00 p.m., ET on ABC.
