Billy Baldwin, who recently appeared in a recurring role on NBC’s Parenthood, is sticking around the small screen as he’s set to appear in The CW’s Gossip Girl for a couple of episodes.
According to Deadline, Baldwin will be returning to his role as William van der Woodsen (Serena and Eric’s father) in Gossip Girl. He’s signed on to appear in at least two episodes.
In other, casting news, Deadline also reported that Jason Wiles has been signed on to guest star in ABC’s Castle to play “an old friend of Castle’s who becomes a prime suspect in a murder.” Wiles was recently seen in NBC’s summer mystery drama series Persons Unknown, however I’ll probably always associate him with his role as Colin, the artist who helped get Kelly mixed up with drugs on the original Beverly Hills, 90210 in one of the show’s later seasons.
