Bob's Burgers Season 1 DVD Out In April
Bob’s Burgers features the awesome vocal performances of comedians Eugene Mirman and Kristen Schaal, plus some people more prone to the voice acting world like H. John Benjamin, also known as the voice Sterling Archer on FX. If you missed Season One you really only missed work plotlines and play plotlines, baseball games, Cre-Mates.com, a dad pretending to be stuck in a wall, and a rotating cast of seaside characters that make up the little town Bob’s burger business makes its livelihood in. The good news is, Bob’s Burgers is returning for a second season in March.
The bad news is, if you aren’t caught up, DVD copies will not be available until April 17. This leaves other outlets, like Fox’s site to catch a few episodes, but not the box set. Which is a bit of the shame, because the set looks pretty well put together. Extras will include uncensored audio outtakes from the cast, a story extension called “Louise and the Burger Menu,” and audio commentaries. The original studio pitch piece, or the demo, will also be included with the set, with an introduction from creator Loren Bouchard. Finally, a music video for “Lifting Up the Skirt at Night” will round out the special features.

Bob’s Burgers returns for Season 2 March 11 at 8:30 p.m. ET on Fox.
