Comedy Central To Roast Donald Trump

Is it possible to poke fun at businessman and reality TV star Donald Trump? I’m thinking yes and Comedy Central aims to prove just that when they put Trump front and center for a good Roasting.

“I’ll show up to the Roast because COMEDY CENTRAL is paying me a lot of money, but I’m confused as to how anybody could make fun of me,” said Trump, in the press released Comedy Central issued on the Roast, which is set to tape on March 9, 2011. Trump’s surely joking there. Remarks about his trademark hairstyle and “You’re fired!” catchphrase from The Apprentice are likely to be the tip of the iceberg for what we can expect from the jokes told at Trump’s expense during the Roast.

Considering Trump is typically the man with the power, it should be interesting to see how he does as he take jabs from whichever comedians are brought in to Roast him.

The Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump will tape on March 9th. Comedy Central plans to air it some time in Spring 2011.
