Comic Con: Zeljko Ivanek Discusses The Event
Following the sneak preview of NBC’s new series The Event at Comic Con this weekend, we had the chance to talk to actor Zeljko Ivanek about his role in the show.
Zeljko Ivanek is an actor whose face is more familiar to me than his name (most likely because of the pronunciation issues). He’s appeared in a number of movies and TV shows, including Live Free or Die Hard, 24, Oz, Damages and more recently True Blood. I tend to associate him with bad-guys as he’s played a lot of those, but in The Event, he’s set to play the role of CIA director Blake Sterling, which we might assume is a good guy. Then again, this is a conspiracy show, so perhaps that’s not such a safe assumption to make.
Below is our video interview with Ivanek as he talks about his role in NBC’s upcoming new series, The Event
The Event will premiere on NBC this fall.
