Episodes Season 2 Preview: Trailer For Showtime's Returning Drama Starring Matt LeBlanc

I'll admit, I forgot just how much I liked Episodes until I watched the new teaser for Season 2 of the Showtime comedy series. As you'll see in the video, in addition to giving us a look at stars Matt LeBlanc, Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Greig, the teaser manages to work in the phrase "Golden Globe winning role" when referencing Matt LeBlanc…. also "meat missile."

Episodes is a comedy series about a married couple who move to the U.S. to adapt their award-winning British TV series for an American audience, and end up struggling to adapt their lives and their marriage in the process. Between the offbeat humor and the excellent chemistry between LeBlanc, Mangan and Greig, there are a few big reasons to look forward to Episodes' return for Season 2. There's also Pucks!, the ridiculous-looking sitcom being made within the show, in which Matt LeBlanc's character Matt LeBlanc will star. Check out the Season 2 trailer below.

The trailer seems to want to remind us that Matt LeBlanc nabbed a Golden Globe for playing himself in the series. And that his character is especially well-endowed. This is something that tends to come up on the show from time to time...

Things were kind of a mess for Matt, Sean and Beverly when things ended last season, but it looks like the trio are back working together (or putting up with one another), yet again. I'm anticipating a lot of tension.

Episodes Season 2 premieres Sunday, July 1 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on Showtime.
