The Following Gets Bizarre, Poe-etic New Poster

Among the reasons to look forward to January and the start of TV's midseason is The Following, Fox's new thriller, which stars Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy. Fox has been promoting the series fairly steadily for a while now, and the latest reminder of the show's approaching premiere is a creepy but cool new poster.
"Creepy but cool" may be a fitting description for The Following. The series comes from Kevin Williamson (Scream, The Vampire Diaries) and stars Kevin Bacon as an FBI agent who's brought out of retirement to track down a serial killer played by James Purefoy. The trailers have revealed the sight of a woman covered in writing. The new poster (via EW) is a reminder of that as it depicts a topless woman covered in words.
From what we can see of the words on her body, it looks like she has Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven written on her back. I can also see what looks like "Words have no power…" down the back side of her arm, which is probably Poe's "Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality." As you might have guessed, Poe is sort of a theme here.
I actually would've preferred it without the quote on the top, but having seen the pilot, it's difficult to argue with The Huffington Post's words. My only hope is that the series will live up to its pilot in the episodes that follow.
The Following premieres Monday, January 21 at 9/8c on Fox.
