Game Of Thrones Preview: Season 2, Episode 7 - A Man Without Honor

Spoilers if you haven't seen Game of Thrones' "The Old Gods and the New."

Last night's episode of Game of Thrones delivered two handfuls of Schadenfreude when Joffrey received a steaming message from one of his people. Nothing says "I don't like you" quite like animal feces flung at a person's face. Of course, this incident resulted in an instant Joffrey-tantrum, which led to a riot and lives lost, and nearly got poor Sansa assaulted. Let's hear it for the Hound and the Hand for stepping up and taking control of the situation! Sandor Clegane came to Sansa's rescue, while Tyrion added injury to insult by slapping Joffrey and telling him off for his reaction.

The above is just one great moment from last night's episode, and more proof that Game of Thrones is always a little bit better when Joffrey's having a bad day. You can read our breakdown of last night's episode here. For those of yo who are ready to look forward, here's the preview for "A Man Without Honor."

It's just a matter of time before Jaime is out of prison and causing problems again. Is that something we'll see next Sunday night? Meanwhile, it looks like Theon's still on the rampage, and obviously Daenerys is determined to get her dragons back.

Game of Thrones airs Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET on HBO.

Kelly West
Assistant Managing Editor

Kelly put her life-long love of movies, TV and books to greater use when she joined CinemaBlend as a freelance TV news writer in 2006, and went on to serve as the site’s TV Editor before joining the staff full-time in 2011 and moving over to other roles at the site. At present, she’s an Assistant Managing Editor who spends much of her time brainstorming and editing features, analyzing site data, working with writers and editors on content planning and the workflow, and (of course) continuing to obsess over the best movies and TV shows (those that already exist, and the many on the way). She graduated from SUNY Cortland with BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Cinema Studies. When she isn't working, she's probably thinking about work, or reading (or listening to a book), and making sure her cats are living their absolute best feline lives.
