Game Of Thrones Season 2 Trailer: Love Is In The Air

While war and winter may be coming, that doesn’t mean there’s no time for romance in Game of Thrones. The latest trailer for Season 2 of HBO’s excellent fantasy-drama series emphasizes some of that, with a few passionate moments revealed and of course, plenty of drama.
“The more people you love, the weaker you are,” Cersai is heard saying in the video below. If that’s the case, there are at least a few characters looking to weaken themselves, assuming all, or even most of the kisses shown in the trailer below are love-related and not merely inspired by the heat of passion brought on but all the drama going on in Westeros lately.
While love seems to be the theme of the trailer, and we know from Season 1 that it plays its part in the series, war is still coming and eyes are on the prize. Case in point, Daenerys’ exclamation of “I will take what is mine, with fire and blood!” Will there be any time for love for her? Or are her days of Dothrakian romance in the past?
Also worth noting, looks like Joffrey will get slapped again.
Speaking of Joffrey, here's a video that focuses on the character and features actor Jack Gleeson as he speaks about what Joffrey is up to in Season 2. Lena Heady and Peter Dinklage are also present to speak about how their characters, Cersei and Tyrion, feel about Joffrey...
Game of Thrones returns to HBO for Season 2 on April 1.
