Gary Cole Scores A Role On Entourage
Ummm…yeah…I’m gonna have to say that when I first saw that Gary Cole was joining the cast of Entourage I actually pictured Gary Coleman. When I realized they weren’t talking about the pint-sized former Arnold, I cracked myself up. While Gary Cole seems to be a great actor, all I can think of is his role in Office Space as the boss, Bill Lumbergh.
Hollywood Reporter has the news that Gary will join the cast as the long lost buddy of the friendless Ari (Jeremy Piven). Cole will “a regular next season, playing Hollywood agent Andrew Klein, Ari's oldest Hollywood friend from their early days in the business.”
Since I’ve seen exactly one half of one episode of the HBO series, I don’t have much to comment about. Entourage’s producer Marky Mark Wahlberg (I know I’m not the only one who still refers to him as Marky Mark…) says the show is loosely based on his life – I wonder if they’re going to incorporate the recent SNL skit somehow. Cause that would be freaking hilarious.
Anyway, Cole will be a great addition to the show. I may start watching just because I don’t get nearly enough Jeremy Piven anymore. He is so hot!!!!
