Girls Preview: Episode 3: Shoshanna Has Baggage
If I had to pick a favorite "girl" on HBO's new comedy series Girls, I'm leaning toward Shoshanna at this point. Maybe because she's the most mainstream, or because I find her flakiness and innocence to be adorable. Whatever the reason, I love listening to her talk. The clip we have from this Sunday's episode, titled "All Adventurous Women Do," has Shoshanna discussing her baggage with Hannah.
Unsurprisingly, Shoshanna loves the Game Show Network's series Baggage, which is a dating game that involves people revealing their biggest secrets in the hopes of finding someone that can see past their variety of quirks. In the clip below, Shoshanna's watching the game show when Hannah comes along, and the two end up talking about baggage.
It's funny and not all that surprising that Shoshanna would ask Hannah a question and then not wait for her answer. Her hang-ups on her virginity seem to be a big deal for her. This little nugget of information about her was revealed during last Sunday's episode, and it seems like it'll be a recurring topic, now that she's let the cat out of the bag with her friends.
I wonder how Hannah would describe her own baggage.
Earlier this week, we shared the promo video for the episode, which hints that Hannah's STD test results weren't good. It also looks like she's going for a new look.
Girls airs Sunday at 10:30 p.m. ET on HBO.
