HBO Pimping Second Season Of Hung
Some people see Ray Decker as a man with no morals, no values and no soul who sells his body to lonely women so he can make a buck or two. I see a guy just doing the best with what God gave him: An extremely large Johnson.
In season one of HBO’s Hung, Decker (Thomas Jane), a down and out high school gym teacher and basketball coach began to navigate the world of gigoloism (read: male prostitution) with the help of his friend, and artist, Tanya Skagle (Jane Adams). Decker’s juggling more than one ball (hey-yo!) in the air with his teaching duties, budding escort business, two detached and f-ed up kids, an ex-wife (Anne Heche), and a newly added co-pimp in Lenore Bernard (Rebecca Creskoff). Hung is a dark comedy to say the least.
The end of Hung’s premiere season saw the pimpettes Tanya and Lenore at odds over how to best handle Ray’s assets. According to HBO’s press release, season two picks up with the business venture at odds and Ray looking to rekindle some magic with his ex-wife. I don’t see male prostitution as a big selling point for getting remarried, but what do I know. HBO released some more details about the season two premiere:
Season two of HBO’s Hung premieres on Sunday, June 27th at 10PM.
