The Hoff Makes An Appearance On Cowell's New Show

Who doesn’t love The Hoff? He drove a talking car in ‘Knight Rider’ and looked oh-so-hunky running down the beach in those red trunks in ‘Baywatch’. David Hasselhoff’s latest gig will making an appearance as a guest judge in Simon Cowell’s new reality TV competition ‘America’s Got Talent’. The new show will showcase a wide variety of “talents” from fame-seeking Americans across the country.

Hoff’s responsibility as a guest judge in the show will be to provide compliments and criticisms to the contestants. You’d think he’d be another Mr. Niceguy, useless celebrity guest judge but it’s been reported that Mr. Hasselhoff doesn’t hold back with the brutal honesty when commenting on some of the more ridiculous acts he’s forced to witness.

The ex-‘Baywatch’ star has some experience in the talent industry. Not only does he have a long history of TV and film appearances (most recently, his role in Adam Sandler’s new movie Click) but he is also known the world over for his musical talents.

Here’s a little sample of what the Hoff can do:

Assistant Managing Editor

Kelly joined CinemaBlend as a freelance TV news writer in 2006 and went on to serve as the site’s TV Editor before moving over to other roles on the site. At present, she’s an Assistant Managing Editor who spends much of her time brainstorming and editing feature content on the site. She an expert in all things Harry Potter, books from a variety of genres (sci-fi, mystery, horror, YA, drama, romance -- anything with a great story and interesting characters.), watching Big Brother, frequently rewatching The Office, listening to Taylor Swift, and playing The Sims.
