House Season 8 Premiere Preview: Twenty Vicodin

House returns this Monday for Season 8. For those of you who are interested in seeing where things pick up for the Fox drama series, we have two clips and a featurette that includes the cast talking about the season premiere. If you don’t want to know anything about the new season, read no further!

The biggest “spoiler” worth noting before you even look at these videos, is that House has been in prison since driving his car through Cuddy’s house. Season 8 picks up with House in jail and, based on these videos, attempting to get by, with his medical expertise being his biggest and best bargaining chip.

The clips offer a glimpse of that, but it’s the third video, which features a behind-the-scenes look at the new season, that really digs into how things are for House in the big house.

House Season 8 premieres Monday, Oct. 3 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
