It's The City Against The Suburbs In ABC's Suburgatory Photo

Joining ABC’s Wednesday night comedy line-up later this month is Suburgatory, a series about a man who takes his teenage daughter away from the city and into the suburbs. The promotional photo for the series says a lot about how these two characters fit in among the cookie-cutter lifestyle that is suburbia.

Suburgatory stars Jeremy Sisto as George, with Jane Levy playing his daughter Tessa. Also among the cast is Carly Chalkin, Rex Lee, Allie Grant, Alan Tudyk ad Cheryl Hines. Jay Mohr was also recently cast in a recurring role on the series.

?The promotional photo below shows the contrast between George and Tessa and their surroundings. While everyone else stands in front of identical, perfect little Cape Cods, George and Tessa’s house is a beat-up looking brownstone with bars on the windows and most likely, no welcome mat on the stoop. And the grass literally is greener on the neighboring properties, since George and Tessa's lawn is made of concrete.

Suburgatory premieres Wednesday, September 28th 8:30-9:00 p.m. ET on ABC.
